Ron is a Senior Systems Engineer, representing IBM for the past
11 years. He is an instructor for
IBM EXACT program, which is a comprehensive training for IBM Enterprise X' Architecture. Ron holds a
Vmware VCP, Novell CNE
and IBM ATE, and is a certified
IBM DS4000 trainer. Ron also holds an MBA from Regis
Jesuit University and brings over 15 years of industry
experience to his work as a Senior Systems Engineer.

Will
has been with Tech Data Corporation since 1999. He started as a
Presales Support Technician for Software & Apple
products and joined the Symantec SE team in July
of 2004. Will then supported the sales, marketing,
and engineering of the Emulex product
line prior to joining the IBM SE
team in August 2008. He currently holds IBM
Certified Systems Expert certifications for IBM System x
High Performance Servers and IBM BladeCenter, as well as
Certified Specialist certifications for IBM BladeCenter, IBM System x Technical
Principles, IBM Storage Sales, IBM System x Sales,
and IBM Storage Networking Solutions. In addition he hold
industry recognized certifications for EMC, VMWare, and Symantec. Will also holds CompTIA Security+,
Linux+, Network+, Project+, and HTI+. Prior to joining Tech Data, Will
did contract work as a Computer Security Administrator for Citibank and
Help Desk Support Technician for GTE Enterprises (now
Verizon). Will also holds a Bachelors Degree from the
University of Tampa and brings over 12 years of industry
experience to the IBM Team.
