Returns Authorizations Screens

The Returns Authorizations tool is composed of four screens or tabs: Returns Home, Service Requests, Returns, and Product Return Guidelines. There is also a Help button that links to comprehensive information and instructions on how to use the tool.

Below is a description of each screen with links to additional details:

• The Returns Home screen contains the Welcome screen message with your name, a link to edit your e-mail address if necessary, and a link to Return Builder (the tool used to create Return Requests).

• The Service Requests screen contains links that allow you to find and view the Service Requests created by Tech Data in response to an information or assistance request submitted by your company. You can view Service Requests created for yourself or for anyone in your company, and also review recommended products.

• The Returns screen contains the Return Builder tool, which is used to create Return Requests. It also contains links that allow you to locate and view details of the Return Requests initiated by yourself or anyone else in your company, including status, as well as all approved requests with their respective authorization number.

• The Product Return Guidelines screen is where you will find detailed return guidelines for most of Tech Data's parts.
