This screen contains the Welcome message which displays your name, today's date, and the e-mail address that is on file with Tech Data for you.
If you are creating a new return request, Tech Data will need your correct e-mail address in order to notify you of important return information, including return request status and shipping details. If the e-mail address shown on the Returns Home screen is incorrect or missing, please click the update your e-mail address link, which will take you to a new view where you will be able to edit your e-mail address.
