Returns screen

There are four views associated with the Returns screen:

  1. My Return Requests (Read Only):
    This view displays all the return requests that you created personally during the past 10 days and have either been denied or are pending further information or approval (such as a Vendor Pre-Authorization number or Tech Data management approval). A specific return request can be found by clicking the Find button and entering either the Part # or the Request #.

  2. All Return Requests (Read Only):
    Similar to the previous view, this view displays all the return requests that were created by anyone in your company during the past 10 days and have either been denied or are pending further information or approval (such as a Vendor Pre-Authorization number or Tech Data management approval). A specific return request can be found by clicking the Find button and entering either the Part # or the Request #.

  3. All RAs (Return Authorizations) (Read Only):
    This view displays all the return requests that have been approved by Tech Data for your company during the past 30 days, with their respective Return Authorization number. A specific return request can be found by clicking the Find button and entering either the Part # or the Return Authorization number.

  4. Return Builder (Editable):
    This view allows you to create and edit a return request. Step-by-Step instructions are listed in How to Use Return Builder.
