Returns Authorizations Overview

This section of our web site allows customers to request authorization to return invoiced items and, in most cases, receive an immediate response from Tech Data. In addition, customers can view product return guidelines for the specific parts they intend to return, review the status of all submitted return requests, and view recommended products and service requests.

Important: Please be advised that the use of generic login IDs for multiple users may result in unexpected Return Cart values if more than one user is creating an RA request at the same time. Individual IDs are recommended for use with Returns Authorizations. Please see your Main Administrator for further information regarding your account.
