Opening a saved order

If you have previously saved an order on the Tech Data system, you can reopen and revise it for up to five days. When you reopen the saved order, the system updates the ship date and revalidates prices and availability in real-time.

Caution: The Shopping Cart screen can display only one order at a time. Opening a saved order will delete whatever information is currently displayed.

To open a previously saved order, follow these steps:

  1. On the main website menu, click Saved POs. A list of previously saved orders appears. If you have resaved the same order several times, each version appears on the list with the date and time it was saved.
  2. To open an order, click the hyperlinked PO number. The Shopping Cart screen displays the selected order and revalidates all product information.
Caution: Before submitting a reopened order, verify that all information is correct. The revalidation may have changed important details.
