On the right side of the screen towards the top there is a computer icon with a link titled "Login". Click this link to go to the login page. Enter
your user id and password and click the login button. This will allow you access to all of our secured search and ordering tools. (back to top)

We have product aisles under the product tab at the top of the page. You can drill down through these categories to
the subcategory. Our search engine returns results based on relevancy
(those products most relevant to the search keywords appear nearest to the top).
Results are also based on a list of synonyms commonly substituted for search keywords entered. (back to top)

Top Sellers, May We Suggest, and People Who Bought This Item Also Bought..., we will show you items that are relevant to the purchase you're already making. These are items you may have

The alternate searches are now available under the Tools tab at the top of the page. Click on tools to see a drop down menu which includes the alternate search options including CiscoSmartNet Search, MyOrderTracker, MyLicenseTracker, Price & Availablity, Product Support Tools, TDAnywhere, Configurator and MyGovBids. You have multiple ways to search for product on our website. The product tab across the top of each screen allows you to access any of our categories and drill down to subcategory and then attribute. You can search by keyword by entering a value in the input box located towards the top of the left side bar. (back to top)
On the search results page, we strive to provide as much information as possible about a product but have a limited area of space in order to do so. To remedy this, we show icons to convey certain information. The meanings of those icons are as
follows:
- - Drop Ship - Indicates the item is available to be drop shipped directly from the vendor. If there is no stock in a Tech Data warehouse, this item will ship directly from the manufacturer and is subject to availability at the vendor location. Because it must be handled separately from products that ship from Tech Data or directly from other manufacturers, you will also receive multiple order numbers when you place an order if there are other products on your order those ships from Tech Data or from other manufacturers. Please be advised that you will not incur any additional handling charges as a result. Minimum order quantities may apply. Please note that this option is only available to customers who have established terms with us. If you are currently using credit card terms or COD, please contact credit at 1-800-553-7921 so they can further assist you.
- - Bundle - This item is part of a bundle.
- - Leaves - Indicates that the item is considered a green or environmentally friendly product.
- - Energy Star - Indicates that the item is EnergyStar compliant.

In the upper right hand corner of several of our tool screens you will see several icons and a link. From left to right the icons are as follows:
- - Shopping cart - Clicking this icon or the link will take you to your shopping cart.
The link tells you how many line items are in your shopping cart.
- - Magnifying glass - Click to hear to access information about your order status.
- - Page - Clicking this icon brings you to site options. You can customize your experience.
- - Star - Indicates Favorites. You can click this icon to view and/or manage your Favorites folders.
